About

Dr. Quilico is as an Assistant Professor in Applied Human Sciences at Concordia University. He completed post-doctoral work at Baylor Scott & White and Spaulding Rehabilitation, after completing a PhD in the Rehabilitation Sciences Institute at the University of Toronto and Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation of Greater Montreal, where his federally funded research focused on community-based peer-led health promotion after brain injury. Dr. Quilico has an MA in Adapted Physical Activity from McGill University and a BEd from Concordia University. He is an ORBIT Institute Fellow (2025) and was recognized as a Global Hero (2020), winner of the SSHRC Storyteller Competition (2019), and Change-Maker (2018) by the Neurological Health Charities of Canada.
